Marketing Manager for Mazzone Hospitality
Born and raised in Saratoga, Devin took influence from her dad’s architectural drawings and became an illustrator early in life. She followed that passion to get her Graphic Design / Marketing Management Bachelor’s degree from State University of New York at Cortland.
While still in college, Devin began working events for Saratoga National, moving from Marketing Coordinator to Marketing Manager. She has been an invaluable resource over her 11-year career with Angelo Mazzone, helping build the brand of Prime at Saratoga National Golf Club. Today she oversees marketing for both Mazzone Hospitality and Saratoga National Golf Club.
Devin loves going out to eat, especially for a Spicy Margarita and a Cowboy Steak. Mexican cuisine is another favorite. She constantly has her eye out for the competition, taking notes on (a marketing crush) STK Steakhouse’s brand and web presence, among others, while enjoying dining. When not at work, Devin can be found snowboarding the Northeast and enjoying summers on Lake George.
We are proud to announce Eliyana Keisler as our Sales Manager of Saratoga National. Eliyana hit the ground running in the Events and Food Service Industry right out of high school. She started at Venezia Pizza and Pasta in Clifton Park and climbed the ranks, leading the catering and events. She fell in love with the fast pace, career opportunities and community involvement where she quickly gained experience. Through a few fateful deliveries to our team at Mazzone Hospitality, she decided to apply and has been part of our team ever since.
“I Love being part of the Mazzone Team, everyone is driven and so quick to teach. I see a lot of opportunities ahead of me. We make people in our community feel special at their events and that makes the busy work environment totally worth it.”
Like most of us, Eliyana is a foodie and loves trying new restaurants. A recent favorite was La Cantina Italiana in Framingham, Massachusetts. “Everything was delicious. It inspired me to start buying their “Fanny” salad dressings at the supermarket.”
When not running events for Mazzone, Eliyana loves the contrast of the peace and quiet at home. She enjoys reading True Crime books and Historical Fiction.
Join us in congratulating Eliyana in her new position as Sales Manager at Saratoga National.
Trevor fell in love with cooking as a young boy in his mother’s kitchen. Growing up in Birmingham, England, he was deeply invested in home economics at school even when it wasn’t fashionable with some of his mates. Trevor continued onto culinary school at the Birmingham College of Food and Domestic Arts. He “cut his teeth” in culinary at the Le Meridian Piccadilly Hotel in London, England. At the Piccadilly Hotel, they invited chefs from all over the world to showcase different culinary techniques and cuisines. One fateful day, they brought in Cajun/Creole chefs that would inspire him to take a position at Brennan’s in New Orleans.
Once in the states, Trevor continued cooking through prestigious kitchens and even has a stint in teaching at the New England Culinary Institute in Vermont. He moved around from Beaver Creek, Colorado to Old Greenwich, Connecticut, and then to the local Sagamore Resort on Lake George. With all those experiences under his belt, he landed his first Executive Chef position at the Hayes Mansion in San Jose, California. He was eventually drawn back to the east coast, residing in Rhode Island, Boston, and finally Saratoga Springs, where he eventually found his home with the Mazzone Hospitality team. When it comes to cooking, Trevor loves a challenge. Using only ingredients “in the cupboard” to make the best possible dish is always a chef’s challenge. He is heavily inspired by Gordon Ramsey.
As for favorite restaurant experiences, Trevor fondly remembers eating at the classic New York steakhouse, Keens, with his sister and father. Outside of work, you will find Trevor going for long walks, as well as returning to Europe to explore unknown places. He is excited to go to Rome next year.
Born in Gloversville, NY, Echo’s interest in hospitality was sparked at a young age by her dad, who spent his career in the hotel business. She studied Event Management at SUNY Delhi and graduated in May 2021.
What drives her passion for hospitality? “Even when I’m working an event, I feel like I am a part of the celebration. I love planning an event from start to finish and seeing it brought to life.”
Echo enjoys spending her free time volunteering with the Fulton County SPCA and playing recreational soccer.
