Prime Restaurant is a Contemporary American restaurant located at Saratoga National Golf Club.

Our new menu prioritizes farm-fresh, local, and sustainable products that advocate for our ever-changing palettes. Offering a variety of starters from duck dumplings, deconstructed tempura roll (land and sea), burrata, carpaccio, raw bar to house-made pasta entrees, veal chop, pork chop, steaks and more! An upscale vibe meets affordability, with a refreshed level of comfort in our lounge and foyer. A combination of casual, sleek, and fine dining spaces has something for everyone, with both indoor and outdoor seasonal dining options. 

Prime is the Capital District’s best restaurant for outdoor dining, drinks, and entertainment year-round. The outdoor patio overlooks the 18th hole of the golf course, a picturesque infinity pool, and Owl Pond. Lunch, dinner, and happy hour are served daily during golf season. Introducing, Angel: Our New Front of House Manager

Angel lived in California for 3 decades before moving to Saratoga Springs. His culinary journey began in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico, where he earned a degree in Restaurant Hospitality. 

Angel has gained invaluable experience and expertise over his 30-year career, moving up from a busser, server and bartender to managing restaurants. His tenure at Valentino, a one-star Michelin restaurant in Los Angeles, was particularly formative. Angel has honed skills in fine dining, wine selection and service training, and is excited to join the team here at Prime!
